1.The price is listed in US$ but I am being charged in PKR, why?

Quanta Miind is based in Pakistan and our payment gateway processes transactions in Pakistani Rupees(PKR). If you are paying from outside Pakistan, your bank will convert the PKR amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate. The USD amount shown is a reference price, the final charge on your card will appear in PKR. If you are unsure about the amount before paying, write to us and we will confirm the exact figure.

2. What is a 3D Secure card and why does it matter?

3D Secure is an additional layer of security that your bank adds to online transactions, it is the step where your bank sends you an OTP (one-time password) on your phone or email to confirm that it is really you making the payment. Most cards issued in the last few years have this automatically. If your card does not have 3D Secure enabled, the payment will decline even if your card has sufficient funds, this is not a problem on our end, it is a security requirement of the payment gateway. 3. I am based outside Pakistan, is it safe and straightforward to book with Quanta Miind?

Since 2019, Quanta Miind has worked with students and clients across 50+ cities globally, including the US, UK, Australia, Canada, the Gulf, and Europe. Our payment gateway is internationally compliant and secure, your card details are never stored by us, and all transactions are processed through a recognized payment processor.If your bank flags the transaction, a single call explaining that you are intentionally paying for an online wellness course from a Pakistan based international business is usually all it takes. 4. My card keeps getting declined, what do I do?

There are a few common reasons this happens and most are quick to fix. First, check whether your card is 3D Secure enabled, if you are not sure, a quick call to your bank will confirm this, see if it can be activated if its not. Second, some banks outside Pakistan block or restrict international online transactions by default, again, a single call to your bank asking them to allow the transaction is usually all it takes. Third, if your card is not 3D Secure and cannot be made so, please don’t worry, we have alternative payment options available. 5. My bank says Pakistan is a restricted country for online transactions, what now?

This does happen with certain banks, particularly in some regions. It does not mean you cannot pay, it means your bank needs to be informed that you are intentionally making a payment to a Pakistan-based business and that you authorize this transaction. A simple call to your bank explaining this is usually enough for them to approve the transaction. If it is not, write to us and we will have an alternative arrangement that works for you.

6. What alternative payment options are available if my card does not work?

If you are unable to pay through the standard checkout for any reason: card not 3D Secure, bank restriction, or any other issue. please write to us at mindbodyspirit@quantamind.net before giving up. There is always a way. We have handled this for students and clients across multiple countries and there is almost always a workable solution. We do not want a payment technicality to be the reason you cannot access the work.

7. Is my card information safe when I pay on your website?

Yes. Payments on quantamind.net are processed through a secure payment gateway. Quanta Miind does not store your card details, all transaction data is handled directly by the payment processor. The 3D Secure step is part of this protection, ensuring that the person making the payment is the authorized cardholder.

8.Can I pay in installments?

For certain courses, a payment plan option may be available. If this option is offered it will be communicated by Quanta Miind directly, it cannot be requested or negotiated independently. Please note that your Practitioner Certificate will only be issued once the full payment has been completed. For consultations, full payment is required at the time of booking.

9.What happens if I can’t attend one day of the seminar? Will I still be certified, and can I attend a make-up class?

Students must attend the complete seminar, all scheduled hours and all practical exercises, in order to receive a ThetaHealing® certificate of completion. This is a requirement of the ThetaHealing® Institute of Knowledge and applies to all seminars offered by Quanta Miind. Partial attendance does not qualify a student for certification regardless of the reason for absence. Where a student has missed time that does not constitute a full day, Quanta Miind may at its discretion offer one of the following options to allow the student to complete their certification requirements: a) A private session with the instructor to cover the missed material, exercises, and any belief work sessions. Please note that an additional student may need to be present for certain belief work exercises, whenever needed. The time required for a private session will be calculated by Quanta Miind based on the specific content missed. The student cannot dispute the hours for the makeup session.
