Through Love, Healing and Prayers…
“Unbelievable” this is the first tweet that I read yesterday as soon as I logged in to Twitter to check the latest news of the day from around the world. It was followed by a series of tweets by different people all talking about the same news. With all the video footage and news coming in from Lebanon, it did not take long for it to become the trending news. If you are unaware of the events of last night, then I am referring to the Beirut explosion due to which around 300,000 are left Homeless. Within a few hours, all the lightworkers and healers from around the globe gathered together and started praying for Lebanon and its people. There were many virtual group meditations where hundreds of healers gathered together from around the world, sending love and healing energy to the land and its people. It was a beautiful experience in which everyone was together to spread love to everyone who was hurt or in pain.
This incident reminded me of the time of political tensions when I was growing up in my beautiful city Karachi. There were curfews, people were losing their lives in blasts and explosions and there was a sense of helplessness. I remember being afraid of going out. I also feared for the safety of my loved ones.
With the belief in the power of prayers, it would have made much difference in the lives of my people knowing that we were surrounded by loving and healing energies even in times of crisis. That we were not lonely and the world was aware of what we were going through.
My thoughts started to wander. What difference would it have made to my city and its people knowing that some compassionate individuals were praying for us and sending us energy full of love and warmth even though they are far away from us? With the belief in the power of prayers, it would have made much difference in the lives of my people knowing that we were surrounded by loving and healing energies even in times of crisis. That we were not lonely and the world was aware of what we were going through.
Trust in the Miracles of Love and Prayers
Today, as I write this blog post, I send all the love and prayers I could from the bottom of my heart to all the people living under such situations. Hang in there and stay strong! The world is more awakened now, and more people are consciously working towards changing the situation for all those who are suffering silently. It is a start, and it will keep on growing.
