Thank you for taking a break from your busy life and prioritizing yourself.
Life has been more uncertain recently than ever before, it is natural to feel scared or stuck.
In this fast paced world, it is easy to live every day on an auto-pilot without thinking about wellness. Following a routine gives us a sense of being in control of our life, but are we truly in control?
In order to move towards peace and personal transformation, the most important thing is to have clarity in life. Without clarity, it is difficult to make good choices:
- Are you living your life to the fullest?
- Did you do what your heart is telling you to do?
- Do you even know what your heart wants?
- Do you follow your dreams and pursuit of happiness and fulfillment?
- Do you give back to others?
- Are you kind and generous to others?
If your answer to above questions is not making you happy, then do not worry. It is time to focus on finding the solutions to our problems in life.
When we truly know ourselves, we can gain complete clarity in life. Our true identity is masked by the limitations that we create in our reality. These limitations keep us from living the life of our dreams.
Beyond limiting beliefs is your true potential.

Testimonials
Your pace was excellent! You didn’t try to crowd too much in. I especially enjoyed the afternoon with the longer meditations. You knew your material and presented it in a clear way.
Sana, you did an excellent job of explaining and clarifying points if they were not clear to us. you responded with respect to everyone. Thank you for introducing me to mindfulness.
I felt a lot of warmth and enthusiasm from you for the subject. I enjoyed the power points and the break-out rooms.
I want to thank you for introducing me to mindfulness which has been life changing for me. I have a long way to go ..but at least I have taken the first step to living a more wholesome and fulfilling life. My colleagues have also noticed a marked difference in my approach and have asked me if you could offer a session for them. You described things in a straightforward and understandable manner. You provided thoughtful responses to our never-ending queries. I think you were able to create a good balance of teaching, Q/A and practice. Thank you and I wish you tons of successes. God bless you.
Sana you were absolutely wonderful. That was a lot of information and a very
challenging topic-forgiveness. I think that doing the retreat format for this topic was a brilliant
idea because it allowed people to sit mindfully and settle with the information and practice. This
gave participants the opportunity to experience opening their hearts and minds to the possibility
of forgiveness and the benefits. Your teaching style was both informative and warm. You created a welcoming atmosphere for sharing in both small and larger group settings. You also validated the sharing
of participants.
I loved your voice, it was soothing, calm, and relaxing! Just the tone of your voice and the way you spoke conveyed what mindfulness was all about. It was reassuring that forgiving still exists, specially forgiving your own self! I got the feel that the most important thing is to love and prioritize your own self, not the easiest thing to do, but one should keep trying and never give up. God Bless you.
What I liked about your teaching style was the comfort level that it gave all the students to discuss and ask questions. It helped a lot in developing in-depth understanding of many topics. Moreover, your ability to explain topics through stories also helped in understanding. This encouraged us to share our personal experiences openly and enabled collective learning. We understood a lot from our shared experiences.
The course was quite refreshing and very different from what we follow as norms. It worked well. The fact that you emphasized non judgement again and again is refreshing.

FAQs
Mindfulness is the ability to be present and be aware of what is happening here and now without any judgments or being overwhelmed by what is going on around us. In simple words, it is the awareness of the present moment. This present moment awareness helps us in acknowledging where we get stuck and supports us in letting go.
It is a way through which we can slow down and investigate our experiences without judgments. The most important aspect of mindfulness lies in the two words: to Slow down and to Investigate.
Once we pause to slow down and investigate the situation and/or our surroundings, we gain awareness into present moment. This awareness helps us to break our life’s patterns which might not be serving us well.
Mindfulness is a way of life. You do not have to follow a particular tradition or religion or to adopt the practice.
Mindfulness has its roots in the 2600-year-old tradition of Buddhism. According to the research available on the beginning of mindfulness, it is important to note that some researchers argue that the history of mindfulness should not be reduced to Buddhism, as it also has roots in Judaism, Christianity, and Islam (Trousselard et al., 2014). However, modern day Mindfulness teachings are secular in nature.
It is not just a technique or mental exercise but a practice of kindness, self-compassion and self-respect. It is a practical way to transform our thoughts and our actions.
In his book Mindsight: The New Science of Personal Transformation, Dan Siegel describes nine benefits to the brain and nervous system that can result through the practice of Mindfulness Meditation :
- Gaining Awareness of our morals
- Achieving Heightened Intuition
- Cultivating more understanding
- Being flexible in our responses
- Regulating the body
- Creating Empathy
- Attuning to others
- Soothing fears
- Balancing Emotions
There are a lot of benefits of establishing a consistent practice in daily life. With consistent practice, we can become more aware of our habitual patterns that are not supportive of our well-being. It is an open invitation to be more aware of our experiences in the present moment.
With awareness comes mental, emotional, and spiritual clarity. As a result of this clarity, we realize that, in life, we always have different options available to us that we can choose from and respond with a sense of confidence and happiness.
Mindfulness is the ability to be present and be aware of our here and now moments in life. It is easy to learn how to be mindful however it requires daily practice and consistency to be able to stay mindful in every aspect of life. With everything in life, a little bit of patience and lots of self-compassion can make it easy to adopt it as an important part of life.
